At The BikingDirect Workshop we share your love of bikes and pride ourselves in our high standard of work. We service all makes and models of motorcycles as well as scooters and quads. And you can rest assured that the greatest of care will be taken of your bike while it is in our hands.

MOT Testing
Our MOT bay is open all year round 7 days a week during our normal working hours. An MOT costs £29.20 we will not charge for a retest if it is repaired and taken back within 10 working days (that's 2 weeks).

Minor Service
A Minor service consists of new oil and filter, chain adjustment, all pivot points checked and greased, all bearings and brake pads checked. Brake/Clutch fluids will be changed, and the entire vehicle thoroughly inspected for possible problems. (For 2stroke servicing, substitute the above oil and filter with gearbox oil and spark plug(s)). We use all genuine parts where possible like oil filter ect. We do not use any cheap aftermarket parts.

Major Service
A "major" service consists of all of the minor service, plus coolant change, brake fluid change, new spark plugs. Valve clearances are checked and, if necessary adjusted, carburetors are balanced, air filter cleaned or replaced - depending on your model. Final drive oil and gearbox oil replaced if your machine has these. Brakes semi strip down and clean and put back together. We use all genuine parts where possible like oil filter ect. We do not use any cheap aftermarket parts like some other local bike shops do.

Fork Seals
When we change your fork seals, we will completely strip the forks from the bike and remove all the "sludgy" oil that settles at the bottom of each fork leg before fitting new genuine fork seals and replacing the oil. We have had many years experience in working with forks and have all the Professional tools form Olin's!

Tyre Fitting
We can supply all major makes and models of tyres at discounted prices. We will fit tyres that you supply to lose wheels or to your bike. Tyre fitting includes wheel balancing and chain adjustment and lube. We are happy to fit tyres to loose wheels as well as offer a "ride in - ride out" service. We have a Professional top of the range tyre fitting machine.

Dignostics Testing
Triumph dignostics plug in tool. We can check bike for faults and turn of the engine managment light.
